Skype is free for video calling, and
just calling from Skype to Skype. However, it is not free if there are 3 or
more people doing a video call or if you are dialing any kind of phone that isn’t
using Skype app. I found no practical use for this as the other
person would have to be in front of their computer to be able to answer the
call. You can place calls to other numbers for so much a minute, so it is not
free. I have never found the novelty in it.
